General

● First come first serve!
● The artist has the right to use the artwork as part of the portolio & publish it on social media.
● The client may refuse for the commissioned artwork to be published on any social media (please discuss further).
● Only digital files will be sent.
● If the artwork is planned to be published on client's social media, please credit the artist.

Revisions & Changes

● During sketch phase, major revisions are allowed
● Only minor revisions are allowed in coloring stage (color changes only)
● No revision afterward!

Confidentiality

● No information regarding Artists and Clients will be disclosed to third parties unless there is a written agreement between the parties.

Payment & Refunds

● Upon agreement with sketch, an invoice will be sent through PDF file.
● Available payments are only in bank accounts (local) & Paypal (international)
● If there is no response from the client once the invoice was sent, the commission will be canceled.
● Refunds are only given 50% if the client cancelled the commission in the middle of working.
● Refunds are given 100% if the artist failed to deliver final artwork within deadline.

Personal & Commercial Usage

● Personal use won't be charged any additional fees and are free to use as long as it's non-profit.
Includes : profile picture, wallpaper, non-profit merchandise.
● Commercial use are divided into 2 sections.
A. Digital Commercial
Will be charged +40% from base price
Includes : Promotional Art, E-Book cover, any digital commercial use.
B. Physical Commercial
Will be charged +60% from base price
Includes : Physical Merchandising (selling at a convention, etc).
